What is the setting of 9 Legions?

 

The time is dark, the lands are carved for ownership by feudal lords who rattle their swords threateningly at one another, while woodland mystics try to teach that Arisan cannot be owned. Plagues infest large cities and remote areas alike. But there are tales of a figure that will reunite the lands and lords.
